Sync your whole cycle, automatically
PhaseBloom builds your meals, workouts, and skincare around your exact cycle phase, day by day.
How it works
We count the days since your last period started and map that onto the four phases, anchoring ovulation about 14 days before your next period.
Menstrual is roughly days 1–5, follicular runs until ovulation, the ovulatory window is the 3 days around ovulation, and luteal is everything from after ovulation until your next period.
Frequently asked questions
How many phases does the menstrual cycle have?
Four: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal. Each has a distinct hormone pattern that affects how you feel and what your body needs.
What if my cycle is irregular?
Phase estimates assume a fairly regular cycle. If yours varies a lot, treat the result as a rough guide and pay attention to your symptoms too.
